Electromaniples EM 10
The EM10 electromaniples® are expressly designed by Sergio
Capurro plastic surgeon for use in
timedsurgery™
procedures. They consist of a cylindrical body with a connector
at the rear end and a fixed electrode at the forward end. This
design enables all the parts that come into contact with the
operator’s hand to be sterilised either in an autoclave or in
sterilising solutions. Moreover, a colour code allows the
operator to readily distinguish the size of the electrode tip,
which is not recognisable with the naked eye. Indeed, a
difference in diameter of even 0.1 mm will have a different
clinical effect in
timedsurgery™, which is a standardised method. The
electromaniples® are produced by
Korpo S.r.l.

The EM10 electromaniples® are conical in shape
and the tip is triangular in order to facilitate
tissue penetration and timedsurgical cutting (timed,
slow and rapid pulsed).
|
|
|
The electrode’s conical shape concentrates energy
at the extremity of the tip.

The electrodes are endowed with an elastic property, which
enables a new type of cutting to be carried out; as the edges of
the cut do not burn, healing is rapid.
The EM 10 electromaniples can be used for: cutting of rhinophima,
coagulation of venous lakes, elimination of dermal-epidermal
hiperpigmentation (timedsurgical de-epithelialisation),
elimination of lips wrinkles(timedsurgical de-epithelialisation),
undermining of keratoses, coagulation of telangectasias of the
face, definitive epilation of the face and body, repigmentation
of stable vitiligo (pulsed timedsurgical de-epithelialisation),
elimination of wrinkles of eyelids (pulsed timedsurgical
de-epithelialisation), slow pulsed micro-cutting, rapid pulsed
cutting, coagulation of micro-telangiectasias of the face,
coagulation of spider naevi, definitive epilation, timed cutting,
extremely small neoformations vaporisation, obliteration of
lacrimal ducts, electroshaving of benign neoformations, cutting
of pedunculated and liftable neoformations, removal of
whiteheads, removal of milia, atraumatic excision of melanomas.
